We capture that fleeting moment of ripeness, using only fresh, never-frozen fruit to craft our jams. Our jams are produced in our own facility in Karuizawa, where we maintain the highest hygiene standards. From hulling strawberries to peeling white peaches and removing seeds from kumquats, every step of the preparation process is done by hand with great care.

We use fresh, carefully sourced fruits and prepare them in our factory to ensure that each jar of jam maintains a high-quality taste. Visitors are welcome to observe the jam-making process through our factory’s glass- walled viewing area.

To ensure that fruit continues to flourish in a healthy environment for generations to come, we are committed to reducing CO2 emissions, respecting nature’s cycles, and embracing sustainable production practices.
